Didn’t follow customization on my drink and the croissant was sour.....which is a new one. Staff wouldn’t talk to you. I now understand why this is the only Starbucks without a mile long line.
Friendliest least pretentious Starbucks in all of Chicagoland. Every single time I've come here, the staff is extremely friendly, actually says hello, thank you and have a nice day. Then, slightly less important than that interaction is the coffee and sandwiches... Always fresh, always hot. You guys are the best Starbucks.
Horrible service . Apparently customer isn’t allowed to customize preferences. A coffee shop that has no knowledge of what actual coffee should taste like besides ice and sugar . Emphasized twice on the light ice and was told that it doesn’t come that way. Overpriced Starbucks drinks with sugar and ice
They ran out of caramel brulee for the season.. but not to disappoint the lady gave me a free drink on the house. Thank you so much for the kind service.
