Well it's been quite awhile since I've been to Emma's deli. Wanted to support them. Usually I would go to Manny's since they're the best but there's a place up here in Skokie that caters to Jewish deli as well. I had a craving for a lox omelette hash browns which I forgot to note on my photograph with sesame seed bagel which is traditional in Jewish deli and cream cheese next to the soup of the day which is vegetable soup this is an early lunch so had a craving for these and finally for the second time had a bucket list to do this. I'm glad indoor dining is available and I hope people will try this place out to during lunch time remember they are closed I think Friday and Saturday during the Sabbath and with the pandemic I don't know if it's even more complicated but so far they're operating

The food is good. Pricey. Staff very helpful especially the African American middle age women. She was super friendly and nice. Owner was gonna kill me for walking to get coffee with out a mask on. I think it’s little too much. She can say it a nicer way.

There is a way to eat outside where you don't freeze.nAnd you can go according to code.nAnd you can keep your customers warm.nIt was so cold outside that we left in the middle of the meal.nPut up a tarp leaving both ends open so the wind can't hit from all sidesnnAlso a bakery - restaurant is a place for warmth, hospitality, and friendliness.nNot a place of animosity, aggressiveness and cold.nDon't lose your place in heaven because of laws.nRise above it.nGive your clients service, a feeling of homeliness and welcoming.nYou will never losenDo it
