For the last 5 months, this has been the “convenient McDonald’s” for me. I have stopped here maybe a total of 15 times? I have yet to have my order fulfilled correctly. Seriously, there hasn’t been a single time this specific McDonald’s got my order right. Even at the window, I correct the cashier, and still get something completely different from what I order. Also, whoever was working the window today around 8:30 had an attitude the size of Texas.

I hate this location. My order is always wrong. Today I wanted early breakfast. I waited until 4 am and I could order on the app. When I pulled up there were signs that said they are open at 5 am. Don’t change your hours but accept mobile orders if you aren’t open. This sucks! Totally waste of time.

Staff seemed nice , but they asked me to pull forward for “fresh coffee” and the coffee was not warm at all. It was far from fresh . Also ordered 2 large fries, and they gave me the fries in a tiny A size bag. If the fries are larger than the bag , why would you put a large fry in a tiny bag ? McDonald has really fallen off and no locations are giving consistent service . The deals and coupons are worthless if the food and service are bad and unreliable

Very disappointing, Its bad enough McDonald's stopped selling yogurt parfaits, when the pandemic started, & I did expect plastic food, but its at least calories, what I didn't expect was a burger??? So bad I couldn't even force myself to eat 1/2 of it & I was actually quite hungry. Something about mostly the texture , but also the taste, made it inedible .Very disappointed

Slowest drive through ever. Literally sat still for 10 minutes until I just left. There were 4 cars in front of me. 4!
