Kiosk inside Jewel Grocery Store. $9 to copy a regular Kwikset key and it did not work! Exorbitant price and poor product. Customer service did process a refund with little fuss but at $9 a key, it should work. I have used the machine within Home Depot (different company) and it worked fine at 1/3 the cost of KeyMe! Never again.
I was a little hesitant to try this, but I thought ud83eudd14 give it a try and to my surprise ud83dude05 it worked out great ud83dudc4d very, very happy with the outcome ud83dude00. Thank you so much ud83dude00

I scheduled a locksmith service at 9AM the night before and when 9AM came around I was told that it couldn't be done until after 11AM when I had class and that is only if they were even able to make the key. New KeyMe cancelled my service and told me that their locksmith was unable to find the code for my vehicle. After contacted the locksmith directly I was told that their system did not even open until 10AM and that they had not yet even checked for the code.nnIn conclusion: LOTS of miscommunication and in the end I did not have a key after almost 24 hours of back and forth and being charged $240 before anyone even came out to help me. In was ultimately refunded but would absolutely never work with them again.
