I'm grateful.
This is one of the worst branches I’ve been to.
They do not answer the phone, I been trying all day......
Very friendly staff. Very short wait. And they gave me my sucker and complimentary water bottle. Also overheard the conversation with the teller next to me and he was super friendly and polite too!! I don't know why everyone else is so negative. They deposited my check I was in and out in about 10 min. Good location too!
I went with my wife to try to cash her savings bond on 8/30/2018. The teller entered the wrong name. She tried to read it with three different machines. None would read it properly. She said it did not match the required image so they could not cash it. Spent almost half an hour trying to cash the bond, even had the manager come and help, all to no avail.
Went to the WF in Sugar House. They wrote my wife's driver's license on bond (the teller on Main did not do so). Their machine could read it without problems. Cashed it in less than a minute.
It's clear that the bank tellers on 2001 Main St. in SLC need more training. Other perhaps than depositing checks, avoid this branch.
