The owner color and cut my hair. She did such a terrible job putting hair coloring. She stained my forehead a d back of my ears so bad. It was so hard to removed hair coloring. She tried using a solution to clean my stains that it even irritated my skin. She didn't finish cutting my hair. She thought she did. She received a phone call from husband saying he wanted to go out for dinner then she started complaining she didn't like working on Sundays. When I came home I noticed the next day my hair was all uneven. One side was way much longer than other side. The only person that does an excellent job is Natalie. We loved her. Very professional, excellent haircuts and very pleasant young girl. Don't let Sandra cut or color your hair, very bad experience with her. Oh besides hot water when washing your hair that it almost burns you.
Waited well over 30 minutes for a hair cut the lady who was there said ill be right with you then proceeded to dye two other people's hair. Also saw her telling someone it was their hairs fault the cut was coming out bad not hers. Maybe it's best I didn't get my hair cut here.
The owner is usually a lot and employs very good stylists. This place has been here for a LONG time because of the value you get here. Haircuts and styling is very reasonably priced and would cost 5X more in LincolnPark or similar neighborhoods. Been coming here for years and will likely keep coming back. They have a very steady stream of customers so you may have to wait on a weekend but certainly worth it
The hair stylist who cut my hair did a good job. I would definitely recommend!
