Vive Healthy sport has options for everyone! A great selection of classes and personal training options. The instructors are friendly and motivating. I love being able to try new classes and learn new exercises. A real sense of community among members from all backgrounds. You will feel welcomed from the start.

Edna and Jeff have created a place to work out with a unique mission you don't find at many gyms, etc. They are experts from ultra running to boxing. The mix of classes offered will satisfy whatever you're looking for to complete your workout. I've been working out with Jeff for the past five years, and he listens and creates the workout depending on how I'm doing that day. I highly recommend!
