Poor customer service
Food was good
When you watch your order in quality control for almost an hour and as soon as you call the store that’s when they want to send it to delivery but you decide it will be quicker to pick it up yourself. Then when you was correct and do pick it up before the delivery guy even leaves the store, they don’t want to refund your delivery charge. ud83eudd2fud83dude24ud83dude29ud83dude10
I love my dominos! They are easy to order with, fast with delivery and great customer service.
I had a couple of negative experiences here. I usually come here since it’s right around the corner. They usually take long. When app says it’s ready to pick up. They still haven’t finished our order. Cookie brownie was still kinda raw. It tasted funny. We also order the pasta from here. Sometimes the pasta is hard because there’s not enough Alfredo sauce or they had baked it for too long. I don’t come to this dominoes unless I have no other choice.
