Just received my order and wish I didn't order from here ..my grilled club sandwich came with no tomato no bacon .my bread was all soggy and and messy cheese sauce ordered for fries came cold not warm at all!! Yuck well my dog enjoyed the chicken so at least didn't go to waste .never again and I had a never to tip 6.00 on a $13 order. Just to be thankful for your service at this time .. wouldn't even give 1 star but unfortunately had to just to leave comment..go to giovanni's their food is much better
My family loves this place. I discovered it whilst working at my previous job in South Hadley. The girls in our office ordered there several times a month. I brought a menu home about 8 years ago and my family has been ordering from there a couple times a month... I have never ever had an issue UNTIL recently! I don't know what's going on with the employee turnaround but it seems they cannot keep good help!nnThe girl who takes orders has messed up my ordered almost everytime I have called.nnTonight I called and she is just snotty and didn't even take time to repeat my order. I guarentee it will not be correct!nnWe really enjoy their food but they need to get it together or today will be my last order. I know I am only one customer and losing my business will not make them go bankrupt.nnHopefully management see this review and gets their staff trained better!
Great pizza
The girls who answer the phones are extremely rude. They lack personality and have zero customer service skills. I've been hung up on twice. They don't give you a total, they don't repeat the order, and they don't tell you how long. They don't say thank you or anything. They just hang up the phone. I order from here about once a week. Been a customer for about 4 years and unfortunately I will never order again. I'm very disappointed with how they handled things today.nnAnd I'm a good tipper! Guess I'll stick with Giovanni's Pizza!
They're better than average. And extremely polite. And thier grinder size choices are what all pizza places should offer
