The men that work on the back are extremely rude to the female employees. I have seen them cry multiple times because the way they are talked to. The food is amazing tho so I go bsck even tho I do not agree with treating employees like that

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I ordered a large meatball grinder & fries. Came home & it was a chicken parm. I called up & was told to come back my grinder was sitting there. I wasn't leaving again, just wanted them to be aware someone has my order & I have their's. The girl hung up on me. I called back & asked did you hang up on me?! She said YUP there's nothing else to talk about! WOW!!! Moments later a different woman calls me back to apologize because she's in training & she'd pass this onto her manager. I will never be going back.

Gio's is our go-to for grinders for sure; huge, delicious, and reasonably priced! Anything else we've experimented with was also great, and the customer service crew is always friendly and efficient. Food is always hot and comes out on time. We'll be moving to Amherst but have already decided we will make the trip back out from time to time to still have our Giovanni's :)

I ordered from Giovanni's and I explained three times to the person over the phone taking the order to ask the delivery driver not to block the driveway or park in the driveway. When the delivery driver got here he parked in the driveway blocking it. I explained to him that I could not take the order or proceed with the transaction until he moved the car and he proceeded to raise his voice and start yelling at me. I refused the order and he proceeded to stand on my porch insisting I take the order. I never did. I don't tolerate verbal abuse especially from a delivery driver. This is not a professional business. The food is not even that great they put way too much garlic in the food. I suggest taking your business elsewhere. Never had any issues with falls pizza

First time ordering and the food was excellent. They knew it was my first time ordering, and called me back after we picked up our food to check in on how Everything was. Very thoughtful, great customer service.
