If I could give this a 0 star I would! The manager was so unprofessional. We put in an order and she said it back to us and we paid at the first window. When we got to the second window she gave us everything except for 1 thing. We ordered an orange juice, a chicken biscuit, a steak egg and cheese, and a hot chocolate. She looked at the order and they charged us everything correct except for the hot Chocolate. She had already given us the food and then realized she made a mistake gave us the wrong size orange juice the large was for the car behind us we had a medium and then was looking at what we got she took it back. COVID is going on you can't take stuff back and give to the next customer. She said it was a mistake and instead of just giving us the hot chocolate that was charged incorrectly she was VERY rude. There is a snow storm going on and we are on our way to work she yelled at us that we didn't know how hard it was to do her job and come in to work but we do understand because we are also on our way to work. Very very upset because it's all over something not important McDonald's and a simple situation. SMH

I came here today and honestly it was TERRIBLE SERVICE! I went inside to order as usual and when i opened the door, there was water and i slipped and no one came to help me, they all just laughed including the managers. I walked up to get my order taken and just leave at the point and when i was about to speak they all just jumped over the counter and pinned me down onto the floor to feel them just take off my wig ( i have alopecia) and it was so embarrassing and they were all just laughing at me and a second later i just feel a bucket of hot oil getting dumped onto my face. NEVER GO HERE I AM IN THE HOSPITAL NOW!

Have one star because I couldn't give 0 Weds afternoon manager male with slicked back hair has a terrible attitude and has no training in communicating with customers and his staff to communicate properly. Went through the drive-thru asked to put in a few orders s told to pull up to the window to put orders in did as asked pulled to the window our orders were taken... Well pulling up to last window to pick up my orders we were confronted by the manager stating that only two separate orders can be put through the window at a time.. which would have been no problem if we were told at the time of ordering which was not mentioned and wouldn't of been an issue. Instead of manager coming to the window with a poor attitude not wanting to give what was allready paid for and saying insults in spanish thinking the people in the car wouldn't understand. In the end didn't even get full or proper orders. Manager needs to be trained properly on how to communicate effectively with staff and paying customers.
