I’d like to begin by saying I am a huge fan of their sandwiches. I love their selection of items and their staff is wonderful. Unfortunately, the past two times I have purchased items off the shelf they have been expired. I continue to wipe dust off of products when I pick them up and am upset that if I am knowingly overpaying for their items that they at least give me something fresh.nnThey did refund me after the first incident and give me a free sandwich. But after the second time I refused to go back. It makes me wonder how well they maintain their fresh produce and deli meats for their sandwiches when they can’t follow up with the shelf life of their items.
Delicious sandwiches! I really enjoy being able to go there for lunch.
My boyfriend and I tried the roast beef sandwich which was a delightful choice. The bread was perfect and the sandwich is big enough that you only need a drink to flush it down. The customer service was excellent. Thanks for lunch!
Delicious food: the sandwiches are unreal. Also great selection of other items, and excellent customer service.
I am so glad we have this little place in Pilsen. Great food and interesting selection of sandwiches and salads/pasta salads.
