Please close the shop and go home. The customer service is very bad. The person who takes the order is very harsh on customers. The guy here is very adamant. He treats customers very rude. He treats customers very badly. Please stop going to this place. This shop is not fit for even one star rating.
I was double charged for coffee. The store refused to return my money bc the order was placed on the mobile app. There was no manager on staff and when asked, they said the manager was on leave. I asked for the owner info they refused to give it. I asked for the owners name and they still refused to give it. What owner allows their store to be left without a manager?!
They got a great breakfast sandwich which is delicious and as always the coffee is very delicious
Allowed frozen coffee order to melt. Pretty much ignored me when I came in to pick it up. Literally took my coffee and reciept off the counter and walked out since the girls behind the counter were too busy talking to each other.nWill not be returning to this location.nnAlso noticed they haven't responded to any of the other complaints on Google reviews.nnThe Dunkin' I went to in Carbondale would give you a free drink if something like this happened. They were always smiling, polite and attentive. They should train the staff at this location. ud83dude44
The workers are nice and Dunkins is as expected. Less expensive than Starbucks.
