Your experience really depends on which employee you get. I was treated very nicely by a young male employee one day but had a very unpleasant experience with a young female employee. I wouldn’t recommend going here since you’ll be rolling the dice in customer service every time. If you really want McDonald’s go to another one in the area. Some of the employees here are just extremely rude and not worth dealing with.
Best Mc Donalds in town. Fresh fries cooked in fresh grease! Hot delicious big mac that I amazingly didn't have to rebuild from being thrown in the burger box. AMAZING JOB AT THIS RESTAURANT! Friendly customer service! WILL MAKE THIS THE ONE I ALWAYS GO TO!
Never, and I mean NEVER have I ever had any issues at the Neil St location. Yes, I even tested this on various days at various times. They ALWAYS have my order ready for me and accurate. If I ever go to a McDonald's in Champaign or Urbana, this is the location I go to, even if I have to go out of my way.
Consistently get incorrect orders or missing food, wrong drinks, and rude customer service.
The customer service is great and this place is clean they are very caution with everything going on and they got my order right and my order was fresh thanks and the drive thur moves very fast keep it up..
