I feel bad for the workers. They are under poor management that fails to lead by good example and are left in the dark about any and everything going on until the very last minute. I've spoken to too many workers from there who are often just depressed and stressed out because they have no one in management to look to or help them. No leadership apparently.nnIt's a Rome crumbled from the inside situation.

I visit this location all the time. The evening crew needs to show a little bit more respect to their customers. And turn their frowns upside-down

Sometimes the food is good. But they always just try to rush you out to get to the next customer. Who they then do the same thing too. There are mainly a bunch of young kids running the place. And they definitely dont care about the customer or realize that if it wasnt for the customers they wouldnt have a job. Went through today and got $30 worth of food and my 3 frys weren't the larges and medium i ordered they were all half empty. Thats unacceptable and they seemed to treat me like i was a problem when i asked them to make it right. Never apologized or anything.

This is one of the several restaurants or fast food this town has. So of course I tend to stop at least once a week for a quick bite to eat whether it's for me or my kids. Unfortunately this McDonald's has a tendency to always mess something up. Whether it is from waiting forever to get your food, they forgot to give you something, they messed up something in your order, or you get someone else's order. It is always something. I tend to get on Google maps to look up times certain places open or close. Especially since covid19. Well to my knowledge according to this site McDonald's in my area opens at 4 am. So I head to McDonald's at 5:20 am. Go through the drive thru just to learn that they are closed and don't open for another 30 minutes. So please update your freaking information. Cause that is bs. This whole franchise here in Carmi freaking sucks. For 20 years it is the same bs here. At least you can count on them for one thing, They will mess something up. That is what they are good at.
