Food was hot, service was quick. But if you like having sauce with your meal, it's not worth it. Twice I've come here and both times they always forget to add the sauce packet even though I've specifically asked for it when ordering and I've only found out when I'm on my way back home or to someplace. Tells me that they don't have someone check the bag and receipt to make sure it has everything before they hand it to you.
This place has really changed, for the worse. Consistently through the drive-thru, more mistakes are being made. Team members must be getting told that faster service is their number one goal because product quality is lacking. Cups have soda leaks on them, nuggets are sometimes looking like they've been in the warmer since breakfast, too small of nuggets are being counted as a whole size....

Edit: March 25, 2021. The last 10 times I have gotten my food 9 times something was wrong with it. Even twice with remakes of it. I'm tired of driving back every time. Everything from cold food, missing food, or even burnt food something was wrong with it. I recommend just passing up this location and eating in Lebanon or O'fallon.nOld post: Over the past few months they have been getting better, I recommend getting your food during the morning time when the store manager is there. It seems he's the only one that cares about the quality that leaves out of there.
