I usually enjoy the KFC at this location. The pick up service was good, the servers were pleasant in spite of how busy they were. The chicken, however was not up to its usual good standards. It was so greasy that when I got home, the grease had soaked through so much that the bottom of the box fell off. Even though I used paper towels to soak up the excess oil, the bigger pieces that were at the bottom of the box were inedible. I won't be going back soon.
Super friendly service . Sometimes it takes a minute to get orders out but food always tastes great . Everyone working here has always been great to deal with. Honestly probably the friendliest staff in Jacksonville fast food establishments.
LOTS of folks in drive thru!! Staff moved the line along quickly tho. Very friendly and polite!! Thanks for great service!!
Chicken was horrible. Ordered a four piece, Got home and opened the box and it looked like grandma's breasts in there. Must have been left over from the day before. The wing was in two pieces. I guess that was considered two pieces of my order. Last time there for me and my family.
Never had a bad experience here honestly, and I've been several times. I think we've had one order good up at the drive thru, and it was a minor one.
