I’m leaving this review for a group of women who just ate tonight for a bachelorette party. Three pastas were ordered and three pastas were awful. Extremely salty (the manager/cook/hostess/Jack of all trades made sure to come out and let them know that Max’s doesn’t use salt and “not sure what they’re tasting”) and not edible. They would not refund the girl’s and told them they could get a pizza instead but it’s going to take 30 minutes. I listened to 15 minutes of venting on the drive home so maybe I just need to vent now on here. I’ve heard good things about y’all so maybe tonight was an outlier. Just treat people with respect. Listen to your customer. Work with them. If the food tastes bad, give a refund maybe? Gift card? But really just treat my wife and these other ladies with respect. I have a bad taste in my mouth now.. maybe it’s the pasta? Regardless, Pizza Warehouse will be our go to. I haven’t eaten here before, don’t think I will. Hope the people skills improve.
Great food and service that is second to none. Our waitress had great manners and tried to make our experience over the top. I cannot wait to return!!

Went for our anniversary dinner. Had dinner on the patio. It was absolutely wonderful. The food, the service, the atmosphere, everything was great!! Can't wait to go back!
Chicken Marsala was delicious. They have a large drink menu and although we had to dine outside there were gas heaters, fire pits, AND blankets provided. I can't wait to go again.
