$ I'm sure this place is great for locals but for anyone visiting, it is a restaurant from hell.nFirst off, given we are in a pandemic, it was nice to see big stickers on the entrance door that masks are required. Unfortunately after entering, we looked out of place as only of the few patrons who were actually wearing masks. The staff was pretty good at wearing masks but it was clear the people who eat there missed the pandemic memo.nSecond, you need to order your food (and only food) first, pay, and then go find a seat. Then a waitstaff will come up after you sit and take your drink order! Basically you're paying two separate bills. Anyway, no point in ordering an appetizer because it will be part of the meal order and there's no differentiation between appetizer and main course so you get to eat your appetizer with the meal. They call your number when it's ready and you go up and retrieve your food which is a problem in itself because they have no trays so you now have to become an expert in food service in getting multiple baskets carried back to your table. Then in their horrible attempt at safety, there's a free-for-all condiment station that every germ known to man undoubtedly passes through.nThird, the drink order. Instead of the waitstaff serving food, they come to your table and only process your drinks. That's fine if you're only there to get liquored up but if you're there for dinner, it's a real inconvenience. So basically I paid $2.25 for a very watered down single serving of iced tea and gave the waitstaff a $2.75 tip because I didn't want any refill or wait for change in my attempt to get out of there as quickly as possible.nTo conclude, if you like eating out and paying for the pleasure of serving yourself, then here you go and enjoy. However, if you want a nice and relaxing meal, go elsewhere. Plus given the ordering process, you better know what you want as soon as you walk in the door.

Fat Edd's is a reliable stop when we travel to Metropolis. They have a large variety of tasty food at reasonable prices. They have a bar that serves decent margaritas and other drinks. Friendly staff too!

The atmosphere was great. The food was pretty good as well. Wasn't happy with the fact that the kitchen staff was wearing their masks around their necks. Also found it strange that you pay for the food up front but then pay again for drinks separately when leaving. Our order wasn't exactly right, but the mistakes didn't hurt the meal.

Ordered the fish tacos and they wasn't that bad. Wish I could have had grilled fish but nonetheless they was good. Friendly staff and helpful

The food and front staff were amazing! The bartender was picking cherries out of the tray and eating them not washing her hands after to serve drinks. Masks are not enforced for the staff at all so if you are worried about that you probably shouldn’t dine there.
