Lots of truck parking but kind of a fend for yourself with no parking lines. Some people just can't park...nNice and friendly staff with a clean environment but sadly not following the still in effect mask mandate for the state of Illinois. Only the subway staff were wearing masks. 5 employees no masks.nFree Wi-Fi but couldn't connect. IP address issues.
Nice place for truck parking, but today I saw one associate after visiting the restroom didn't wash his hands and returned back to work, he started to unpack coffee cups, so I will never buy a coffee up there if he touched all cups by dirty hands
Absolute worst customer service, I went in to get a cup of coffee and they were out of the creamer I like, I told the gentleman working and his response was yeah, I waited for him to finish what he was doing, he came over grabbed an empty coffee cup and proceeded to try to get creamer out of the dispenser (perhaps I don’t know what nothing coming out means)? Another customer went to the register and the employee proceeded to go help him, that took about 2 minutes, he then went and got the creamer and came over to put it in, well another customer went to the register and the employee put the replacement creamer on the counter and walked over to help them, leaving me standing there. I understand it was just a cup of coffee and the guy was working alone but perhaps finish helping one customer before walking away without saying a word to help others.
Great place and always spots available
Great location, easy access. Large concrete parking lot for trucks with additional gravel parking for even note trucks. Store and restrooms are clean. Great for a 10 break.
