We stood at the counter and waited to have our order taken. The guy was told 5 times there was 1 up front and finally came. The website says dine in but they waited until we were getting our daughter a booster seat to tell us it’s to go only. No sign or anything on the doors. As we were leaving a lady parked by us telling us how she ordered at the drive through and was told to wait at the double doors. Still hadn’t gotten her food after 10 minutes of waiting. The place wasn’t busy at all. We were the only ones inside and drive through had no one waiting

Staff was very rude. The girl was touching French fries with her hands and was serving them to people. Her and the manager were mad when I called her out on it. Our food sat at the counter for 15 minutes before they called for us and said it was our food and to come get it.

Food was cold. Old chewy fries. Rude employees. I was looking for my straw and was told it was in the bag. It wasn't. When I honked multiple times to get someones attention I was ignored. I tapped on the window and some guy opens it and yells at me not to bang on his glass. I just needed a straw. No need to be rude.

Asked if they had the Whopper meal for 2 they said no . Went to the app to look and sure enough they had the Whopper meal for 2. So ended up paying more for a meal they claimed they didn't have but still had on the app for my area.Went back again today and they got my order completely wrong went back and the assistant manager was very rude to us and walked away from us as we were telling her what was wrong with our order. I refuse to go back to this Burger King unless things change drastically.

Pretty good food but when I entered even though I clearly had a mask in hand and was raising it to my face multiple folks in unison yelled wear a mask. Unnecessary and rude.
