We bought a vehicle at Kemna Auto of Fort Dodge almost 2 years ago. We recently had an issue with the vehicle and when it came to management's attention, it was handled very quickly and respectfully. Rarely have I encountered the kind and professional customer service that I recently experienced. They fixed the issue and did it at our family's convenience, which means the world! We would consider buying a future vehicle at this dealership based on this experience.
Today I bought a 2018 Chevy Traverse at Kemna Auto. We were greeted right away with friendly smiles and introduced to Mike who took very good care of us! He was so knowledgeable and explained everything about our new vehicle to me. So easy to work with and treated us like family! The best experience ever in purchasing my car. I highly recommend them for your next vehicle purchase!
Great customer service. It is a certified dealership so the repairs are a bit more expensive, but I know I can count on them to do the job right. They also helped me find my new car and were helpful in getting into somthing quick and easy. I love my new ride.
My truck was filthy coming in. It was TOP NOTCH clean when leaving the dealership. Also, people are super friendly there. I love it.nTwo thumbs up!!!
