Pizza Hut

Ordered online and picked up in store with no issues. Dining area closed due to COVID right now though.

Um only because I can't rate any lower.nnPlaced online order at 610nShowed up 645 called and was told it would be out asapn710 called and told they were really behind with new crew.nWhen I asked what we were looking at as I couldn't wait much longer I was told just finished putting together would be 10 more minutes.n25 min later walked in store (when I asked for curbside.)n10 other people waiting for their pizzas. Pizzas were done & cheesestix (well actually one bread on cheese was ordered. Got two cheese) waiting on wings and desert brownie.nAsked about just canceling. Not sure if she ignored me or didn't hear menFinally walked out with my food at 815 got home and had a nice stone cold pizza and cheese stix and barely warm wings and brownie.nnNo offer of a drink or compensation, etc. First time I had personally ordered Pizza Hut in ten years and will be my last. Should of listened to those who said the place was horrible.

I normally wouldn't review a chain location like Pizza Hut. However, our waitress (Heather) really impressed us. She was very much on top of our order, funny, sweet, and charming. That's rare in a place like Pizza Hut, and even more rare in such a small town.nThank you Heather, for the extra cheese, and the extra smiles. It was just what we needed after a very long day in a training room.

On Monday our server was so polite. She interacted with our baby offered crackers and vanilla waffers to him while we waited to place our order. our son adored her and he loved to smile at her. She was so caring and the service was amazingnI’ll gladly go back there anytime as long as she’s the server!!! Way to handle a baby teethingnLove this place

We ordered 2 large stuffed crust pizzas, one meat lovers, one supreme. When we got home there was so much toppings on the pizza itself that the crust was mashed down and basically nonexistent. I've ordered these pizzas before and never have they looked this way.
