Food was great and I didn’t leave leftovers for the next day! It was that good! Restaurant called to check and see if they made a mistake. Chef was worried because I ordered a meal vegan and he thought he forgot. I thought that was a nice gesture.

We loved the food. But the atmosphere and the DOOR that is continually OPENING, with new customers arriving, is COLD and not pleasant to sit and TRY to enjoy a hot meal.nThen three young gals arrive to order Bumble Tea, and they all stood right behind our table, for over 30 minutes waiting for their order, not pleasant experience, especially during COVID.nThe atmosphere is OK, but for the price, $15.00 a plate, not worth it.nI would expect to pay $15. a plate at a Nice restaurant, where we would get Better service and Not sit at a table with COLD AIR in the room and 'BODIES' hanging out around our table. Also, had to ASK for silverware, chopsticks, etc.nI ordered a Iced Tea and Bailey's, there was No Bailey's in the drink, at all, $8.00 is a bit high for a ice coffee.nWe will NOT be back.

First time trying them out, they messed up on my Boba but offered to fix it, still came back messed up and without a secured lid though. But the 1 star is for being overcharged for an item I didn't even order. I should have double checked before leaving, but it was getting so crowded in there that I just wanted to leave. Tables are definitely not six feet apart at the current time. I wanted to like it because it had good enough reviews, but maybe it's a hit and miss? Today was a miss for me, unfortunately.

I loved Pho Real from first bite in 2019! Their broth is so yummy and every order I've made for pick up always has everything I asked for!

I go here almost weekly and am never disappointed. The food is amazing as is the service. The staff are very accommodating for any requests. Also, make sure to try the boba! I highly recommend this place for the food, service, and environment. :)
