Fran is amazing! She is incredibly current and always well educated and aware of current trends and styles! She is super talented and takes the time to “be” with her clients to fully understand their individual needs! She is not a “one size fits all” by any means! Once Fran groomed and designed my brows I wouldn’t EVER allow anyone else to go anywhere near them!!! LOL!! Fran has given me the best haircut I’ve had !!!nShe is committed, dedicated, loving, giving and extremely hard working! I’m so happy for her as she embarks on this exciting endeavor!!!
