They actually turn children away.nI was screened over the phone and my son was accepted for placementnI was told to pack a bag of a months worth of clothing and bring my son in for admissionnI arrived and met with the psychologist for some background history.nThen they wanted to speak to my son.n15min in to him being with them, the Program director asked to speak with me.nHe tells me that because of My sons lack of desire to answer questions and because of his disruptive past, they didn’t think he was a good fit for the program.nI begged and pleaded with him to at least give my son a chance. He is 13 yrs old. Using drugs and I don’t know what else to do. His father isn’t doing his part and I’m tired...nI just don’t understand how they can turn away a child in need!!!
