I can't tell you how grateful we are that we have our son in the after school program at the YMCA in Bethel. We find the administrative staff so easy to work with and the communication between us flows. nicely We have met quite a few of the staff and many have gone out of there way to introduce themselves to us when we pick up our son. From Day One we felt that this was the place for our little man and I'm very pleased with the great activities that are planned as well as all the outdoor play. He tells us all the time how happy he is to go there and a lot of times we have to convince him it's time to go home!
If the employees would look up from their phones or stopped talking about their plans for the weekend, maybe they could greet you when you drop off your child.
