I went here in 2018 to have my taxes filed the girl who did it was very helpful. Unfortunately she made a mistake and I did not receive my maximum refund . By jackson hewitt guarantee I was supposed to get my tax prep fees back plus $100 . I called to inform them of this mistake and they tried to give me the run around. After 5 consecutive days of me talking to them about picking up my check the owners daughter has the nerve to tell me that if I go and request my money that I'm gonna get the girl who did my taxes last year fired and that they were gonna charge her out of her paycheck
