We like to do things based on referrals, and were initially referred to J& K by our long time accountant who retired. The first experience was less than stellar, so we switched to another accountant after 2 years. Sadly, that accountant retired as well and we were referred BACK! Against our better judgment, we gave them another go and regretted it IMMEDIATELY!! Very difficult to communicate with, emails littered with grammatical errors, extremely rude in person and email communications, and is NOT how we do business when paying someone to “help”. Enough so, that we pulled our information out of their hands this year and will not ever be going back.
