I love Express so much. It's one of my favorite stores to visit. It's pretty pricey but the quality of the clothing is so worth it.

I had a hard time deciphering the description of the men's jeans at Express. There were some that were just stretch and others that had extra stretch, some with skinny legs and some with straight. I asked for help and Brittany was sensational. She took the time to not only explain the difference but also help me hunt for the jeans that fit me best. She probably took about 10 minutes and also looked online to find the jeans that were not in stock. Britney did an outstanding job today. Rich Glehan
