terrible I have been with them for about 8 years but I'll go in tomorrow and close my account. i just got off the phone with them which took 20 minutes as usual i mean come on if you're gonna take that long to answer offer a damn call back service like PayPal does. then i wanted to get a copy of my last two months statement which they said would cost me 5.00 really for a statement. nawww i don't think so. But really if it's gonna take 30 minutes to talk to a real person. I'm gonna find a new bank. and it's every time I call which is probably 15 times a year. never again REGIONS good bye next time I'm in there I'm closing my account and going to someone that cares about me
