Absolutely terrible. They messed up my taxes and continued to tell me they were right. Wouldn't even relook over the paper work. Lost a child credit because they said the computer automatically checks the boxes. Had them evaluated at H and R block and an amendment done. Still waiting on over $1800. Fees are outrageous and the people who work there are extremely rude.
