So happy with this company. Beau and Ashleigh really went above and beyond the call of duty! They were so nice and followed up with me every step of the way. Most places would try and make you change out things unnecessarily, and try to squeeze out as much as possible from you, but due to the weather, Beau checked our panels first, then went to a few other businesses and saw that the same things were happening to them as well and then Ashleigh called in Alabama power! As an office manager, I can honestly say, NOBODY has ever called the power company on my behalf before! The most honest, friendly people, and I am super impressed.

AWESOME!! I called on Thursday to get a quote to have a new new outlet in my attic on a dedicated 20 AMP circuit installed. The super nice woman on the phone got all my info and scheduled a technician to come to my house the next day (Friday) at 2:30 to give me a quote and schedule the install for a week or two later. Greg showed up on time (actually a few minutes early) introduced himself and we chatted about what I wanted installed. Greg answered all my questions, checked my attic, and my house electric panel to ensure all was good to complete the install. Much to my surprise, Greg said he could do the install right then, no need to schedule another appointment! Greg had everything installed, checked, cleaned, and up and running in under two hours! Very professional company, exceptional customer service! Thank you Greg!!!!

Reggie helped me with a few outlets that were not working and helped to re-tighten the wiring on the culprit outlet.nnHe was also very knowledgeable and was more than happy to show and explain what he was doing.nnWill reach out again in the future for any electrical issues!
