Meat on big mac was cooked so long the edges were black and I could not eat it. We asked for napkins and was told they were in the bottom of the bag just to get down the intestate to discover there were not any in the bag at all and no straws for our sodas. Asked for apple pies and of course, they did not have any. This has been a frequent thing with everyone I have been to lately not to mention ice cream too. They are either cleaning the ice cream machine, out of milk etc....same old excuses time after time. These are the same employees that want a 15.00 min wage pay????ud83eudd23ud83eudd23ud83eudd23
The staff at the drive thru are always friendly & helpful. Good hot food.
This location is SUPER busy. I had to wait to even place my order. There was quite a few cars ahead of me. It was 15-20 minute wait from waiting to order and getting food.nThe employees were EXCELLENT. Very friendly, polite. They didn't rush, they took the time to ask if I needed ketchup and wished me a good afternoon.nLong wait, great customer service.
Either hours are incorrect or employees just say they’re closed to avoid working. There were staff in the building and they just watched me and 4 other cars waiting in the drive through (with all the signs and lights on) for 5 min not resounding or answering the phone until I got out to ask someone for help.
Line was almost wrapped around the building, but they got it out timely
