I just found this place on our visits to family in Alabama. It will be a place we return to DEFINITELY!!nnBeautiful gardens, sculptures, a playground that is possible THE BEST I have seen. Chicago may have had a better one... but it is in the crazy busy city of Chicago. To find one this amazing in Decatur is SO unexpected.nnPlus a free squirt park play zone! Shut up!!nnPlenty of seating and shade areas. Parking was free curb side and easy to find. Bathrooms and water fountain on site.nnReally you can not beat this! Free fun!

I always have fun here during the summer
It has some nice fish ponds and a nice pavilion with many benches.
NIce park with lots of flowers and trees, tennis courts, fields, playground and plenty of places to walk.
