Great experience for exercise & social distancing. I just wish the other customers working out would wear their masks like they're suppose to, especially since exercise causes harder breathing. The employees all do wear their masks. The hydromassage bed is the best!

I love the Decatur location! The staff is so friendly & doesn't mind to help you. They actually smile when you walk in & say bye when you leave. It's very welcoming!

Management has changed recently and the staff has experienced significant turnover. Brad and Romo were terrific staffers! I have been a member of PF for over six years, almost half as a black card member with PF experience throughout the SE. I workout 3-5x per week. This facility operates like no other within PF in my experience. The facility itself operates marginally with a significant number of machines diminished operationally and the new staff/management lacks “big picture” clarity.nThe men’s room is a major sticking point with cleanliness as one issue. Perhaps the most troubling issue with the facility is it contains only one working toilet for men. At peak hours the men’s room is frequently overrun. This condition has existed for over three weeks without a remedy. The second men’s room toilet (for handicapped) has been non-operational for over three weeks. The millennial staff members are still wet behind their ears and lack understanding and basic hygiene knowledge. I politely inquired for over two weeks. Yesterday during my workout, a PF employee camped out in the only working toilet. While personal issues are understood, this employee was clearly taking a break or reading War and Peace, while paying (2 or more) members were relegated to a twenty minute plus wait to use the toilet. This pattern has been observed and existed for months and it seems to be a method which many members of the staff employ to find some element of quiet solitude or simply want to play “hookie” from work and their duties. Complaints by me were defended ignorantly and there is no urgency in rectifying the negative health implications. Beware if you are a male as the faculty does not meet health standards and may result in embarrassing moments for members while the staff enjoys their moments of relaxation “on the throne” as strange as it seems. Fortunately, I avoided this fate. Laughably, my complaints to Ben, the millennial manager resulted in my membership being terminated. Little Ben saved me the trouble. I wish a handful of PF member friends well and hope to return one day after TayMax, the NH-based Private Equity firm which owns the PF Decatur franchise replaces management and staff.

Very friendly staff and lots of equipment to choose from. I wish they had classes but it's nice to go and focus on yourself. And the massage beds are totally worth upping your membership.
