Do not go there!! It is a tiny resident campground. Big holes,no drive through spots. I dont know how they have a 4.6 rating

Stayed here a couple of months, and it was a good place to stay, quiet and close to Athens and stores. The owner is doing some upgrades and adding more lots so that’s a plus, more people to add to a good place. There are some long term tenants and you can tell by the amount of stuff they have outside. Friendly people everyone minds their business. If you’re down the hill you’ll have low cell phone service, only downfall I could say about this place is that. But the owner can help you get hooked up to some internet just talk to him. Good water pressure and clean lots. If I’m in the area again I’d definitely stay again.

Nice place! In most cases Owner Terry comes by to meet you. and managers David and Mary are nice and help you settle in.
