Always stop on Saturdays after the sale

Lady behind counter(ms bee tattoo on neck) was rude to begin with after we were made to wait several minutes to place an order,one of the orders had approximately 6-8 fries in it,fries we did have were barely warm and unsalted.when we got our order it was incomplete and we had to ask for the rest of it.The chicken strips looked good but had a burnt taste as if grease was too old. i have been here before passing through and everything was exceptional ,dont know if she was having a bad day or what it was but she won't have to worry with waiting on me or my family again .too many restaurant choices to be treated badly.
It feels funny to call a fast food burger joint a 5-star restaurant; but for what they do and what they are, they do it well. Haven't had any bad experiences here..
What is the point of having a order on the app if your restaurant can't even get it right. We work and are limited to our break time so for me to order online and pay before we even get there and the order to be completely wrong and us not even get everything we ordered not to mention when I went back in to try to get everything I paid for they were either ignoring customers or talking on cell phones. If I could give 0 I would. I lost $10 and was late getting back to work.
