I received cold cheese dip and was told over the phone that it would be replaced, if the nice young lady that told me that didn’t know the proper procedures, then fine I understand. And then when I came in to eat the cheese dip was cold AGAIN but since the waitress never checked on us period I couldn’t tell her until she brought the food out.nnBut exactly the way you’re rude to me now is how you were in the restaurant when my family had over a $50 ticket, and our waitress never checked on us after the fact.nSo yes the management is terrible and so is the service. You can keep all of your rude replies I will never patronize this establishment again. And I’m not the only one that’s had multiple problems they just aren’t saying anything, and this isn’t the first time I’ve had bad service I just didn’t write a review. But SINCE THE SO CALLED MGMT WAS RUDE AF I DECIDED TO.
Terrible management and service. I hadn’t been there in months because of the terrible service, certain waitresses will not check on you at all, you will die of dehydration before you get a refill. And if you even mention something being messed up or cold the lady manager will accuse you of trying to get free food. I absolutely will not be back this time.
Ordered the $9 fish taco and is what I got. I asked if I could get a crema sauce to go with the tacos. I was told that I must be mistaking a crema sauce with a Chinese restaurant. Very poor quality.
Good food good service. I have had better but I have had worse.
Favorite place to eat in Moulton. Salsa is top notch.
