This place is the up most nastiest restaurant in Alabama my apple pie had mold in it and my burgers weren't done night shift here is the worst and so ia morning shift they don't follow health protocol and I seen an employee use the bathroom then walk out without washing his hands and the workers up front are rude this place needs to be shut down i called the health inspector so this place should be expecting a pop up and I also heard from one of the workers that they have expired meat in the back where the cooler is and not only that another one of there workers exposed them for having mold on there meat that he had to throw away

Can't get a good milkshake there, even though its advertised all around the building. Every time I go I get flavored milk essentially. Staff is not trained well or professionally at all and most seem to be standing around watching whoever is at the window rather than make food correctly. Cheeseburgers I've gotten, that I went to sit down and eat minutes after receiving have also been cold.

The food was barely okay. The dining area was dirty, unattended. Trash was overflowing. To be fair, the crew didn't seem to be just standing around. (The operative word is seem.)nThe food was again just okay. I had only vegetables. Green beans were over-salted. The slaw was good - no sugar. The side salad was good but the crew member gave me honey mustard for Italian dressing.nMy friend's chicken was predictably greasy with too much breading. After peeling off the skin and breading, about 1/3 was actual meat.nNot recommended.

I come here everyday for my lunch break. I've been hooked since I moved to Alabama. The good has always been good and the service is good as well. I come here so much I'm known as the Jack's guy at work lol

I've lived in the Great State of Alabama now for 15 years and today was the first time that I visited a Jacks. I wish I would have waited longer... I ordered the Deluxe Breakfast only to find an ice cream scoop of eggs, two pork patties, some watered down gravy sauce and equally as runny grits... The best part of the meal was the biscuit which was warm and flaky. The lady behind the counter was rather standoffish at first, but then we started talking about possums and raccoons and she seemed to warm up. Speaking of warm, the first cup of coffee that I was given was tepid at best. Lucky for me they where finishing brewing a new batch. Bathrooms were clean as was the dinning room. Not sure what to make of this place, but it will be some time before I return. Your results may vary. Enjoy.
