Wanda is amazing. She did my taxes last year and was very sweet. She did them this year and was equally amazing. I made an appointment for 3. When I got there the receptionist was very condescending. I told her my name and that I had an appointment. She told me that she had called me several times to confirm my appointment and left several voicemails. She confirmed my phone number and told me that since I had not confirmed they had made an appointment at that time with someone else. I had received no phone calls or voicemails. She made it seem as if it was my fault when I believe she called the wrong phone number. I went back and met with Wanda, who was again, very sweet. When we were done, the receptionist apologized and told proceeded to tell me she had called me last week to confirm the appointment. That made no sense since I had made my appointment only the day before. I appreciate the apology but was not a fan of being made to feel like I had neglected to do something.

We've always liked the service and the people. The lady who does out taxes, has for years. Before her, we used a man that did them for years. We will be staying with H& R Block..:)...
