My first time was fantastic, the girls were all so sweet and caring. I am so glad I decided to join!
I love how every day is different and challenging. Every block, every exercise, every minute keeps me on my toes & challenges me mentally & physically in ways I would never push myself on my own. The coaching is so encouraging and I love the staff. Ive never done any type of workout like it before and have already brought 1 friend along and will bring more soon!
Orangetheory was very helpful and informative from the moment I first walked through the door! Not only do i get excellent workouts, I get courteous and helpful service. Thank you OT!
Music was great, instruction was great, over all a great full body work out.
