It's a lovely quiet and small campground. We stayed at one of the two tent only sites. Site #20 All the sites had water and electric.nThe bathrooms were very clean and only lightly used as most of the other sites had RVs with their own bathrooms. The shower stalls both in the regular bathroom and the family bathrooms were clean and designed so the water was well contained so your stuff didn't get wet.nIt's a short hike over to the falls which is partially on boardwalk trail with steps.

Falling waters park was such a nice n relaxing place to visit. They have a couple of different angles of heights, you can view the waterfall from. What a beautiful waterfall, its either 74 or 75ft tall, the falls. Beautiful scenery around, its cool to look into the bottom of the falls. very nice balcony right in front of the falls n another one right above it. Loved the yellow boardwalk that you can walk around the falls. There is a small stream or creak leading to a nice pretty lake n beach area they have. it was rainy the day I went but such nice cool crisp air it was great. Well kept park. You have the stream that runs on one side of the boardwalk n on the other is the forest area which was really great to walk through. Nice picnic area by the little beach. Also a playground area as well. About $5 to get in the park, I think they have some trails too. They had about 4 or 5 different sinkholes as well which were interesting to see. Had a great time, would go back.

This place is very much worth visiting if you are in the area, but the park is smaller than you might think and not worth a long trip to see. The waterfall is impressive given the dramatic sinkhole it tumbles into. But the the hiking trails are really just a nice stroll, and nothing else.nnThe waterfall is right off the parking lot and accessible via a wooden walkway.nnIf you are in a hurry and just stopping by, the falls could be seen in a 30 minute visit (and since the park is pretty much just off of I-10, it can be a quick visit).nnThere are nice picnic areas and some playground equipment for small kids.

Small campground around a newish bathroom/shower building. Some sites large. Some not level. Handicapped sites paved but not as spacious as other sites. Can see the falls from 2 locations without going down steps. Can get crowded at the falls at times.

Very well maintained campground. Very clean bathrooms witnessed the hosts checking camp spot after people left. Nice trails to the waterfall and lake. Very nice place to spend time.
