They had me pull up to finish making my food. I ordered 2 chicken mcnugget happy meal. I had to remind them to give me the drink and then when I arrived home, the happy meals were missing the nuggets. I tried to reach the store but no answer.
Drive thru. Was quick and efficient. Got my order with additions correct. I've gone here several times of the day and haven't had a bad experience.
They usually have great hamburgers but tonight they didn't cook the meat all the way. My first time and hopefully my last time being disappointed with my meal from here. They do have great customer service and are very polite.
So normally I don’t leave reviews on things. However tonight, I must. Normally I love this McDonald’s. Normally, it’s the best one in Dothan. BUT tonight I went through and the young girl at the window was EXTREMELY RUDE. I could hear her getting ill and raising her voice at her coworkers, and I also watched as she made faces at me and my boyfriend as we drove off. Now, I know things get hectic, especially in fast food industry. But the way this girl was acting was incredibly uncalled for. Very disappointing.
Incredibly slow service. Finally get to the one lane that is open to order, only to find out their icecream machine is off. No icecream treat for kiddos tonight. Sadly disappointed
