I stopped by for breakfast over the weekend. I ordered online for curbside pickup. The MVP was not available, but I was able to put together something similar. It was busy when I got there. My order was ready on time. The food tasted great and the price was reasonable.

We waited over 40 minutes for our food. Half of it was cold when we got it. We also had hair in part of our food. No one made an attempt to make it right, we had to ask for it to be replaced. Our waitress never came back to check on us once we finally got our food. We had to ask other passing waitresses for items like syrup, straws, etc. and even those servers were rude and acted like we were more of a burden. We will definitely never be back.

Service is usually pretty good. This last time it appeared there were all new employees that seemed a bit lost in thier jobs. We waited for quite some time to get our food, and our food did not arrive all at once and was not real hot. I will still frequent this place bc it is clean and employees are always friendly and ready to serve you.

Food was great. Service was good. Took a good while for us to get a drink, but once they realized that we were there they were great. They even put up with a customer who was hard to please and seldom is nice to waiter.

We waited 15 minutes to get a table due to corona restrictions which I totally understand however we waited an hour for our food and part of my husband's order was cold. The waitress Kayla however was very nice and gave us a discount even though we didn't ask for it. The manager seemed more interested in serving the door dash customers which she could have put a pause on so the cooks could catch up. We won't be going back
