I love banking with people's bank. I've had an account for over 20 years. Home town friendly people with a personal touch. I'm always called by my name when I visit the bank. I don't plan on changing banks for a very long time.

These people are so very rude and ignorant. I called to ask about the proper procedure concerning a personal account with power of attorney and was told, that the process isnthat she could not help give me any information on specific account. But then I asked for general process and was asked whose name was the account in .... maam.. you just contradicted yourself. You can't tell me specific but when asked for general now you want account info only to be told that I can't give you process information.
