Every month it is the same issue. My husband and I have called and spoken to numerous supervisors every single month the notes are on the account to speak with me, and every single month it takes 5 phone calls before someone will take my loan payment and talk with me. I have numbers I am given for access to the cc count, security questions EVERYTHING and every single month I get refused. One lady told me today to wait till the loan is Late so I can speak to the account specialist who will then talk with me about the account?! What a joke. Wish we would've never gone with this credit Union!
They staff are professional and courteous. Cool and clean environment. I can't compare this with my former bank- the Bank of Navy Federal Credit Union ATM.
