She gave me coverages I did not ask for or need just to raise my cost. I had to call 3 different times to finally get them removed. Was given an attitude. When I left she spread rumors of lies about me.

Melanie has been extremely helpful since I switched over to her. She writes for Florida and has been a huge help ever since I switched. She's always a phone call away.

Had insurance here for years. When i needed it found out that i was Not cover for what Melanie told me i was for YEARS. Even one of her employees tried to get me covered and she was fired. For years i did notice she was almost Never in. The damages cost me over $1600.00 in damages. Must have paid her more than 20,000 in payments and what i got was lied to. If she tells you Something you best get her to show you in writing..
