I LOVE working with Maya. She is tough and challenges me in a fun, positive way. I feel excited about every workout, and love seeing changes in my body. It is super organized and clean. The owner obviously cares about his patrons experience. Highly recommend!!

I love working out at Kairos Fitness in Troy. The owner Kevin has made my experience there exceptional. The cost is very affordable while still giving me all the equipment and personal attention I was looking for. I also really love the fact that I do not have to go to an overcrowded gym. If I have questions or need advice Kevin is there to help me out.

Kairos Fitness is a great place to work out. Kevin is a terrific trainer and has helped me to get into great shape. He has a great workout program and keeps things moving so I never get stagnant or complacent. The gym is very clean and neat and has everything the big gyms have. I would recommend Kairos to anyone looking for a gym, classes or a personal trainer.
