The pizza was not ready when it was scheduled. I was told to come back in 15 minutes they were cooking it. 18 minutes later I arrived and was told to come back in 15 more minutes that it had just been put in to cook. When I ask why, that i was told they were cooking it the last time i arrived the girl at the counter just shrugged her shoulders and said there was a large order they had to complete. I said that you told me they were cooking it when i was here before and she said she looked at the order sign and made a mistake. The pizza did not have any mushrooms on it which was part of the order and the wings were cold. The customer service has always been bad there and that's the last time I will ever go there!

Website said closes at 11pm but I ordered early for a 1030pm pickup and only now at 10:15pm was called to be advised my order was cancelled due to them closing at 10pm instead. Would only give them a 0 if I could for their terrible customer service. They really need to close for good now instead of just early. Person who called me didn't even give me her name and really could care less. Gas station pizza is better than this Luverne Pizza Hut, removing the app now.
